Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery for sarees that are defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • To initiate a return, please contact customer support at contact.najutex@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.

Conditions for Return:

  • The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, alteration, or improper handling are not eligible for returns.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

2. Refunds

  • Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

3. Exchanges

  • Direct exchanges are not offered. If you wish to exchange a saree, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a saree that is damaged or defective, contact contact.najutex@gmail.com immediately with a photo of the product and packaging.
  • A replacement or refund will be arranged promptly.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sarees that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items without original packaging or missing tags.
